Sue Bear was designed by in honor of a friend battling breast cancer and is representative of many women who are fighting or have fought this battle.

Awareness is an important part of Sue Bear's mission. She is an elegant lady bear who wears a luxuriously soft pink fur. Her ears, paws and feet are accented with a multi-colored pink/purple fabric and she wears an embroidery lace awareness ribbon on her chest. Her neckwear can be either the bold combination of a dark pink/purple sheer ribbons or the pastel combination of light pink/lavender sheer ribbons. Both versions have a white dove embellishment at the neck.

Additionally, Sue Bear brings an embroidered awareness ribbon brooch similar to what she herself wears with her. The brooch has a small initial embroidered on the one leg of the ribbon, the first letter of the name on Sue Bear's foot. The brooch is placed in a cute box for delivery.
